Category: Undergraduate The Department invites applications for the Warlick-Mannion Scholarship each year. The scholarship was established in honor of Charles Louis Warlick and Nora Patricia Mannion, and is open to undergraduates who will major or minor in Classics at the University; preference is given to majors. The scholarship may be renewed upon re-application. Recipients must progress in the degree in the semesters in which the award is held and must maintain good standing in the department. Applications consist of a short statement of application and intent in the major/minor (250 words or less) and a paper written for a Classics class or on a Classics related topic. Scans of handwritten papers also accepted. Both documents should be emailed to Bailey Chandler, Administrative Associate (bailey.chandler@uga.edu). Deadline for completed applications is April 17th.
